The Story Behind Our Logo

The HCNO logo reflects both our history and our vision for the future. Originally founded as the Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio, our organization evolved to become the Health Council of Northwest Ohio, expanding its mission to strengthen community health and collaboration across the region.

The sun and rays element honors our legacy by carrying forward a symbol from the original logo, refreshed with a modern color scheme. The rising sun represents outreach, renewal, and hope, capturing HCNO’s role in illuminating pathways to better health for all. The rays convey the idea of expanding impact — reaching out to diverse partners, organizations, and communities across Northwest Ohio.
