New Grant Opportunity for Lucas County Organizations!

The Health Council of Northwest Ohio (HCNO) is awarding five grants of $36,600 each to community‑based (501)(c)(3) and faith‑based organizations working to improve maternal and infant health in Lucas County.


Priority Population:

Black mothers and infants living in the county’s highest‑risk ZIP codes: 43607, 43609, 43612, 43614, and 43615.


If your organization supports families in these communities—or you know one that does—this funding can help expand meaningful, community‑driven services.

📤 Applications due: Feb. 27, 2026
