Today and for the future, NOSS –Hospital Services is taking great strides to present strong, educationally based programs and services to our members through our network of Forums and Vendor Arrangements. Through strategic planning, member input and committed research, we have been successful in developing the following value-oriented programs.
NOSS – HOSPITAL SERVICES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING
NOSS – Hospital Services educational programming is designed to provide contemporary educational offerings through a multitude of programs that address the specialized needs of the members.
- Management Development Leadership Program – Created to address the management development needs of middle and front-line management staff. The eight class program is offered over a four-month period with focus on specialized organizational behavior management skills and techniques. The goal of this program is to enhance the manager’s overall effectiveness as a healthcare leader.
- Advanced Finance Program – Due to the high demand of our Management Development Leadership participants, NOSS – Hospital Services developed an Advanced Finance Program designed specifically for hospital directors, managers, supervisors, team leaders, etc. to expand their knowledge as it relates to hospital finance, capital budgeting, accounting, business planning and project management. The two-day event features two “top-notch” speakers and four valuable
sessions.
- Executive Team & Board of Trustee Educational Presentations – Designed for the member hospital executive teams & board of trustees. Topics of these presentations are focused on contemporary issues affecting the healthcare industry.
