Data Evaluation, Program Management & Special Populations
The Data Division of the Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio is dedicated to providing services to communities working to improve the health of their community. Services available include but are not limited to: project management, community needs assessments, project evaluation, coalition development and facilitation of meetings and trainings.
Past projects have included the following:
Coordination and Evaluation of Drug Free Community Support Grants (Seneca and Sandusky Counties)
Coordination of regional coalition efforts (Northwest Ohio Strategic Alliance for Tobacco Control)
Ottawa County Childhood Obesity Grant

Disaster Preparedness Assessments
Developmentally Disabled Assessments and Other Special Population Assessments
